You speak with the studio
There is no account layer between the conversation and the work. Questions about the workflow and questions about the build go to the same people.
Hypernetic Studio takes on work directly. The same people stay with it — from the first conversation to the screen someone uses when the day is busy.
The studio is small on purpose. A project stays with the people who took it on, from the first conversation through the screen someone opens on an ordinary day.
Design and engineering are not passed between teams. The interface and the system are shaped together, so what gets built is what was actually meant.
A screen should earn its place. The preference is to remove a step, not to add another place to look.

The first result is a piece of the product that can be tried, not a picture of everything it might become. The rest is decided from what that piece shows.

Adjacent ideas wait. The studio would rather finish the workflow that is in the way than open three more before that one is clear.
Tell us what is getting in the way. If you want the studio’s own products instead, they are written up separately.
